Customers have been asking me for years when are you gonna bring back your Santas on a shell? It’s my family’s favourite!

I ask them why? Why is it your favourite? And the response? We just like it!

Well, my intuition is that beauty is in the simplicity, and… the tactile feel of the special ribbed shell I chose for the design. (Called an Ark Shell)

The contrast of the smooth clay with the ridged teeth of the shell make for a pleasant feeling in your hands. And the beauty of a natural shell again reminds us of why natural items were used as the first Christmas ornaments.
