Canadian Pride and Nationalism have been palpable this year, so I decided to reflect that by bringing back another bestseller from years past.
A happy snowman waers his red & white glitter clay twist toque with pride, emblazoned with a Canadian flag tacked on, just to say “ I am Canadian!”
Although many locals buy them for friends & family living overseas, I am amazed how many tourists buy them as a memento of their trip to Canada! Brits, Aussies, Chinese, Americans… they are like a happy beacon signalling the true, north, strong and free.

So I liken them to ambassadors, going out into the world, adorning Christmas trees in other countries and doing their part to promote peace and harmony and happy memories between Victoria and St. Johns!
And yes, their “coal” mouths are in fact tiny black crystals!
